John Robert's Botanic Request is created and developed by Ben Peel (Sipsmith's ex innovation's manager & dedicated NPD distiller). He created this brand and spirit as he believes that everyone has an element of exceptionalism inside of them and that people should embrace what makes them exceptional and not typical, and what better way to celebrate than with this exceptional spirit to match.

Ben & Co-Founder Emelie Nilsson are using and pioneering unusual modern techniques such as ultrasonic sound vibration and vacuum pressured maceration to delicately and robustly extract the fullest of flavours from the carefully selected botanicals for your palates pleasure. This is far from a typical gin; Because for John Robert's Botanic Request, The Usual is just another word for boring.

​Built upon the backbone of our award winning London Dry Gin, Ben & Emilie have added Rose hip to our distillation to open up a natural and subtle sweetness. Bringing full bodied candied jam notes to the palate. We then steep our gin distillate on delicate rose petals just long enough to extract those gentle, light, floral top notes to compliment our rose hip bass notes. Creating something alluring, fresh and vibrant for your palates pleasure!
