Henner's are an excellent English wine producer based down in Herstmonceux in East Sussex.

Henner's gin is distilled entirely from scratch using wine from their own vineyards, in copper pot alembic stills at the English Spirit Distillery in Great Yeldham. This method of distilling the wine and botanicals into gin ensures an intensity of aroma and flavour in the gin with a beautiful viscosity in the mouth from the botanic oils. It's these oils which, when poured over ice, give the gin it's cloudy characteristic.

Tasting Notes

A fusion of crunchy cucumber and freshly crushed curly leaf parsley provide an herbaceous base to the traditional botanicals of juniper and coriander. Add a chunky twist of pink grapefruit peel for a citrus kick and you have captured the best of English summer in a bottle.
