Paulo Laureano (Portuguese oenologist of the year 2011) has created this wine with an intense tropical fruit nose overlaid with hints of citrus and minerals which are characteristics of this grape variety. On the palate it is rounded with notable freshness that lifts the fruity component of the wine with a long and persistent finish. A full bodied wine that really stands out on the shelf.
Mediterranean climate with a continental influence in Spring, Summer. Mainly shale soils.
Complete de-stalking, gentle crush in automatic press. Fermentation at controlled temperatures in inox vats, after static decanting. Maturation in inox vats at 8ºC until bottling. Bottling at temperature controlled, semi-automatic filling.
