Billing themselves as 'Australia's first native vermouth', Regal Rogue offer a range of aromatised wines, built around a core of Australian provenance; led by the marriage of 100% organic Australian wine and Aboriginal herbs and spices, deemed to be some of the oldest foods in the world and sourced directly from Aboriginal farmers.
Working with the celebrated winemaker Justin Jarrett, they select grapes from his organic vineyard to showcase across our range with the complimenting native herbs and spices to create a fresh, natural range of wine Aperitifs.
Regal Rogue Daring Dry is led by savoury and light salty notes creating an umami finish. Marrying a grassy Orange, NSW, Organic Sauvignon Blanc with native Anise Myrtle, Quandong and Native Thyme and followed by white pepper, gentian, olive leaf and juniper. This gives an earthy, salty and very herbaceous character.
