Founded in 1976, Azienda Agricola Venturini Baldini took charge of this 150 hectare estate comprising of 35 hectares of vineyard and remaining woods and agricultural land. Built in the 17th century, close to the National Park of Rancolo in the hills of the Emilia region. One of the first vineyards to receive, Organic certification and being cultivated at an altitude of 170 to 370 meters, it provides a unique climate which is ideal for wine and balsamic vinegar production.
The fruit is harvested in the first ten days of September from vines trained Espalier and grown on Clay - Sand Soils at 240m. 3,800 plantes ha yield 800kg ha.
Traditional red wine fermentation with a secondary fermentation using the Charmat method at carefully controlled temperatures. No Oak treatment.
This delicious sparkling red wine is vinous and fruity, recalling violet and cherry perfume with a hint of cinnamon. Medium bodied, lively tannin, fresh and refined.
