Estate grown Chardonnay goes through fermentation and aging in stainless steel to emphasises the rich, tropical and stone fruit characteristics: fresh, easy-going and quaffable.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cspan style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"\u003eBodega Colome Torrontes\u003c\/span\u003e\u003cbr\u003eThe Colome Estate is one of the highest vineyards on the planet. This Torrontes is grown, biodynamiclly, between 1700 and 2300 metres altitude, meaning cool nights that maintains fresh acidity, while warm days allow the sugars to ripen fully. Floral and richly fruited, with a crisp finish.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cspan style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"\u003eCastel Pujol Folklore Blanco\u003c\/span\u003e\u003cbr\u003eThe Pujol family first planted vines in the mid-'70's in the North of Uraguay (near the Brazilian border), from thew mid-'90's onwards his youngest son took over the winemaking, heavily investing in a super-sustainable winery. A blend of 70% Trebbiano and 30% Malvasia, naturally fermented in stainless steel and left on it's lees for 6 months.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cspan style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"\u003eEmiliana Novas Gran Reserva Riesling\u003c\/span\u003e\u003cbr\u003eEmliana are true Chilean Â pioneers, organic since 1998 and the first vineyard to achieve biodynamic accreditation in South America. They are certified both Fair Trade and Sustainable. This Riesling is from the Bio-Bio Valley, a cool-climate vineyard planted 30 years ago: Floral with lime, minerals and zippy acidity\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cspan style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"\u003eTabali Pedregoso Gran Reserva Sauvignon Blanc\u003c\/span\u003e\u003cbr\u003eLimari Valley is the most Northerly vineayrd region in Chile, sandwiched between the Pacific Coast and the Attacama Dessert, Sauvignon loves the fresh, cooling Pacific fogs that set in every morning, which bring the temperature right down and allows the fruit to develop really fresh acidity. The vineyard is planted on rocky limestone, bringing minerality and herbaceous complexity.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cbr\u003e\u003cspan style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"\u003eMatias Morcos Moscatel Naranjo\u003c\/span\u003e\u003cbr\u003eThere is a long tradition of viticulture in the South of Mendoza, at lower altitude, but for decades the fruit was used to make bulk wines for local markets. Now a new generation of winemakers are utilising this fruit for fine wines, restricting yields and experimenting.
