Chapoutier Bila-Haut Blanc Cotes Du Roussillon\u003c\/span\u003e\u003cbr\u003eMichel Chapoutier and Family make some of the most saught after wines in the Rhone, but they also manage an exceptional Rousillon site in Bila-Haut. A blend of Grenahce Blanc, Macabeu, Marsanne and Rousanne fermented in stainless steel to restain freshness: aromatic mineral and persistent.\u003cbr\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cspan style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"\u003eCalmel \u0026amp; Joseph Villa Blanche Chardonnay\u003c\/span\u003e\u003cbr\u003eCalmel \u0026amp; Joseph are one of our favourite Southern French producers. Their bold, juicy Chardonnay is like a glass of Mediterranean sunshine, the product of 2 stages of harvest: 1\/2 is harvested early to preserve freshness and acidity, 1\/2 harvested 15 days later to bring ripe tropical fruit flavours, these are then blended and rested in oak for 3 months.\u003cbr\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cspan style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"\u003eBoutinot Les Cerisiers Rose Cotes du Rhone-Villages\u003c\/span\u003e\u003cbr\u003eThe Rhone wines of Boutinot have been on our shelves for 18 years and they consistently prove to be some of the best value wines we stock.
