MY DELIVERY
When will my order be delivered?
We endeavour to dispatch all orders received before 2pm Monday-Friday on the same day but this may not be possible during busy trading periods. Once your order is with our courier partners, APC, they should be delivered to you on the next-working day. You will receive an email from APC with the tracking details.

Currently we do not offer a delivery service to The Channel Islands or the Isle of Man but we hope to be able to offer this service soon
CANCELLING MY ORDER
All customers have a right to cancel their order at any time up to fourteen days from the date of your order being placed ('The Cancellation Period') unless the order includes products that have been personalized or that we have specified the products as being non-returnable.
To cancel your order, you must inform us via telephone or e-mail before the expiry of the cancellation period. If you have already taken delivery of the order, you should return the product(s) to us.
Unless the items being returned were delivered in error or the items were damaged or defective, you will be liable for the full cost of returning the product(s) and will be responsible for any damage to the product(s) until we acknowledge receipt of the products. As such, you should ensure that the product(s) are adequately insured. You have a legal responsibility to keep the product(s) in your possession and to take reasonable care of the products until you return them to us.
Should the product(s) show signs of damage or tampering, we may have a right against you for compensation. We retain the right to arrange for collection of the product(s) at your cost in the event that you have not returned the product(s) within 30 days of your notice of cancellation.
DAMAGED OR WRONG ITEMS
DAMAGED PARCELS
If your parcel clearly shows signs of damage or leakage at the time of delivery, it should not be accepted. Please ask the courier to return the goods to us.
DAMAGED GOODS
We want all our customers to receive their orders in perfect condition so if you think there is a fault with an item you have received, please let us know straight away by contacting us. We will aim to resolve any issue with a faulty item as quickly as possible but we need you to tell us as soon as you discover the fault so we can resolve the issue for you.
Please be aware that to ensure safe delivery, bottles with wooden presentation boxes may not be packed within the boxes but packed separately within your consignment and Bulky packaging may be sent in separate parcels.
In the very unlikely event of any damage please contact us. Please include as much information as possible. We may also require photographs of any damage including all the packaging for insurance purposes.
Photographs showing the detail of the damage or faulty items. We also need a picture that clearly shows the seal intact on the damaged or broken bottle.
Please retain the product, box and all packaging until instructed by us.
WRONG GOODS
If you have received an incorrect item in your order, let us know straight away by calling us on 0113 245 3393. Customer Services representatives are available Monday to Saturday (10am - 6pm GMT), and will be happy to assist you.
LOST GOODS
In the unlikely event that goods are misplaced on their way to you, Latitude Wine will ensure a replacement is sent directly to you, if available.
All discrepancies with the contents of your order must be reported to our Customer Services team on 0113 245 3393 within 48 hours of receipt of your order. Customer Services representatives are available Monday to Saturday (10am - 6pm GMT), and will be happy to assist you.
Where a replacement item is not available due to it being discontinued or the original item being a "One Off" we will reimburse you for the full cost of the item only. No compensation will be paid.
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
We are unfortunately unable to offer international delivery.

OUR PACKAGING
We want to make sure that your order arrives in perfect condition, which is why we use courier approved PulpSafe transit packs.
Pulpsafe offers high levels of protection for shipping your bottles with the greenest possible eco-credentials.
Pulp is made by combining water and recycled paper, most often card offcuts, recycled newspaper or a combination of both and then moulding it using wet pressing technology.
The moulded pulp is then heated to give it strength and rigidity. Pulp gives new life to surplus waste paper, reducing the need for virgin paper. Even more excitingly, our manufacturing partners operate a closed loop system that utilises all their own packaging waste in the production of the pulp. WBC’s Pulpsafe is recyclable, compostable and biodegradable, and unlike many products claiming these benefits, PulpSafe is accepted for recycling by all local councils without the need for specialist treatment. If that wasn’t great news already, it biodegrades in just 6 months or less in any household compost heap rather than a lot of “biodegradable” products that only biodegrade in carefully controlled industrial composting systems.
