Distilled by Charles Maxwell, owner of Thames Distillery and owned by Cask Liquid Marketing's co-founders Richard Herbert and Stuart Ekins, Colonel Fox’s dry gin  was designed with cocktail creation in mind and works beautifully with fresh citrus or in stirred down gin-forward recipes. Artist Charlotte Cory designed the bottle label, combining the Victorian portraits with animals, producing Colonel Fox and his dear friend, Gentleman Badger.

Key Botanicals

Juniper, bitter orange, cassia bark, angelica root and coriander seed. .

Tasting Notes

Nose: Rich, crisp nose of juniper and mixed herbs. A little tropical fruit, aniseed and banana (oddly!).

Palate: Tangy, earthy palate entry with oily juniper, allspice and star anise. A touch of ginger.

Finish: Herbal finish with angelica and citrus.
