Product Information

A wonderful Bianco vermouth from Cucielo, made wholly with Italian botanicals. It's named after the Italian word for cuckoo, while the classic Art Deco label design is a homage to the golden era of Italian vermouth during the 1930s. A brilliant sipping vermouth, though this will be a star in any cocktails which call for it.

Tasting Notes

Fairly tropical initially, with fresh mango and pineapple, leading into aromatic herbs, clove and bitter notes, with orange pith on the finish.
