"The estate now has 46 hectares which make it possible to produce white to very fruity Côtes de Gascogne, rosé and fruity red wines; Armagnac, Floc and Agen prunes."

"History is also the one that Silas preserves by saving this Armagnac still left abandoned on a neighboring property. Now completely restored, the 15-plate Alembic proudly sits in the estate's cellar and is used every year for the distillation of our eaux-de-vie, one of the highlights of our year!"

Sauvignon Blanc, Petit Manseng

80% Sauvignon Blanc, 20% Petit Manseng.

The wine is aged on the fine lees for 5 months.

Les Gouttes de Lune Sauvignon Petit Manseng is a dry white. It reveals a pale silvery colour, luminous and shiny. With its engaging nose which begins with stone fruits such as peach and apricot and then moves towards tangy citrus scents. It has a round, fresh and fleshy attack in which we find a fruity, tangy then gourmand expression. Excellent balance with a finish mixing tangy flavors with notes of fruit in syrup.

This wine goes perfectly with fish, Asian dishes, mountain tomme or even fruit desserts.
