Producer Information

Familia Zuccardi's first family vineyard was planted by their founder, Alberto ‘Tito Zuccardi, in 1963. What started as an experiment to demonstrate the effectiveness of the new irrigation system he had created, led to the beginning of the familys wine journey.

The Santa Julia vineyards, located in the heart of Mendoza, are the home of Zuccardi's wines and specifically this range of Natural Wines. Titos son, Jose Alberto and his daughter, Julia, ensure that Titos vision continues.

Sustainability and the environment are very important to Zuccardi and these natural wines come from over 150 hectares of certified organic vineyards in Maipú. Zuccardi have ensured the vines have the least possible human intervention in their production process and comply with the philosophy of Santa Julia – caring for the environment, caring for the community and producing the highest quality wines from the land.

The natural wines of Santa Julia come from certified organic vineyards and have the least possible human intervention in their production process.

Co -fermentation of Malbec and Torrontés with indigenous yeasts from our organic vineyards located in Maipú . Short maceration of 15 days.

Tasting Notes

Pale red with pink flashes, great impact on the nose, very fresh and fruity aromas reminiscent of fresh strawberries, raspberries, cherries, combined with a soft touch of floral notes from Torrontés which complete the profile of this wine. Good natural acidity that gives it a very particular freshness, combined with soft and juicy Malbec tannins. Fresh and easy to drink.

Chill it down and drink with crunchy tomato salads or salmon/tuna or have this room temperature with pork.
