Producer Information

Florence and René-Henri both come from wine-making families in the Minervois. What makes them stand out is the way they don't only produce the wonderful intense red wines the region is best known for, but also succeed in producing modern more technical wines. The Viognier is a triumph - made to be fresh and elegant even in this warm part of France. The rosé is superb. The Minervois Les Eolides and La Liviniere are great exemples of Minervois at ils best. The Petit Verdot takes these traditional skills and applies them with a twist to grape better known in Bordeaux.

Tasting Notes

This wine boasts a gold hue with aromas of peach, apricot, and acacia blossom. This is concentrated, oily-textured wine but still with freshness, a quintessential Viognier.

Pairs well with fresh salads, grilled fish, and Asian dishes like sushi. For a creative pairing, try with mango-chicken wraps.
