The Tedeschi family boasts of an almost 4-century long history in the wine business and they have always believed in the richness of Valpolicella wine production. Reinterpreting it in a modern key and adopting the most innovative production methods.

Grape harvest takes place at the end of September into the beginning of October. Grapes are then dried in fruit a storage structure where it is under controlled humidity for 4 months. Alcoholic fermentation and maceration lasts 40/60 days at a temperature of 15° C. The wine is then aged in Slavonian oak barrel for about 3 years. It is then blended and bottle aged for a further 6 months.
Strong ruby red. Clear and transparent. Notes of vanilla and ethereal airs depending on the period of aging in the barrel; notes of sweet fruits such as currants, blueberries, cherries depending on the varieties of grapes. A velvety, raisiny character combined with the structure and typical stylish bitterness to give it good balance. It has an enduring and persistent flavour.
