Production

The grapes are sourced from a single vineyard in the Central Coast region of California. Warm days and cool and breezy afternoons and nights lead to ideal conditions to grow Pinot Noir.

Fermented in stainless steel tanks for approximately 12 days, pressed at dryness. Then 8 months in oak barrels (5% new)

Tasting Notes

Fruit forward, bursting with dark fruit notes with a touch of floral and oak notes and a cleansing acidity.

Drink with Asian style duck or turkey with all the trimmings.
