Tiempo is a small batch, premium Tequila made 100% naturally in its hometown of Tequila, Mexico. A product of time and a labour of love, it took 6 years to solve the problem of creating a tequila that is pure, sustainable, and beautifully versatile.

Tiempo honours the time it takes to craft quality Tequila utilising the talents of Master Distiller, Augustin Sanchez Rodriguez, to create a liquid that is additive-free, uses no chemical intervention, and moreover, free from celebrity endorsement. Aside the 2550 days of meticulous work and
patience, only mature agave, volcanic spring water and natural yeast are used to produce this smooth, pure and complex spirit.

Production Details

Cooking: Combination of steaming in oven & autoclave.

Crushing: Roller mill.

Fermentation: 60 hour fermentation with natural yeast and mountain spring water.

Distillation: Double Distilled.

Still Type: Pot Still.

Ageing: 12 months in American oak.

Water Source: Mountain spring water.

Other: Certified additive free. Charcoal filtered.

Tasting Notes

Pouring caramel and silky butterscotch pave the way for fresh, juicy agave with a smooth, vegetal sweetness.
