Product Information

Distilled in Yorkshire, a careful balance of spices and botanicals are added, including locally harvested heather and honey. In addition, extra small pineapples are infused in the rum, imparting a wonderfully rich array of fruity, natural flavours.

Tasting Notes

Oily pineapple rinds and oaky caramel meet tropical fresh, pressed pineapple juice and booze soaked pineapple chunks. Floral honey, vanilla and heather waft amongst sweet cinnamon, cloves and candied orange peels.
