Originally produced as a medicinal tonic wine, Lillet quickly became popular thanks to its flavour. The company have produced a range of different aromatised wines over the year, many of which have since disappeared, such as the famed Kina Lillet used to make James Bond's Vesper Martini. Now famed for their light and fruity aperitivo, the company continues to thrive.
Lillet Blanc is made with white Bordeaux wines and fruit brandy and is aged in oak for between 6 months and a year.
