‘Smooth as a pig’s nose’ says the unconventional label of this blended Scotch from Ian Macleod. It’s a tasty blend with a hint of costal smoke that’s great for mixing, just like its sister brand the similarly agricultural Sheep Dip.

Tasting Notes

Nose: Gristy and youthful, some fruit, barley malt, porridge. Young but very sweet.

Palate: Creamy and sweet. Soft, gentle, quite gristy, rather oily and slightly coastal. Hints of salt.

Finish: Medium length, salty butters and caramel.
