Product Information

The Cane is grown 100% organically in the National Park of Chapada Diamantina in Bahia, northern Brazil. The Master Distiller Marcos Vaccaro chose a traditional method of production in copper pot stills. The Cachaca is rested for 6 months in stainless steel before bottling without any sugar being added. The result is a full-flavoured artisanal Cachaha with an intense fruity nose, fresh sugarcane taste and a creamy mouthfeel.

Tasting Notes

Nose: A big blast of ripe/stewed bananas, sweet and funky!

Palate: Less sweet than the nose would suggest, this is softer and more refined on the palate, but still delivers plenty of punch – perfect for a first-class caipirinha.

Finish: Long lasting, with vegetal notes and a hint of sweetness.
