Tasting Notes

Nose: Jammy Bakewell tart and more than a sprinkle of dried fruits. The distinct distillery character delivers floral notes, nuttiness and gentle herbal aromas.

Oak adds an intriguing dimension of Dolly Mixture sweets.

Palate: Jammy notes mix delightfully with the dried fruits provided by the sherry cask.

The distillery character has plenty of space to deliver ripe stone fruits, floral notes and a nutty spiciness.
