Product Information

Neisson rhum is produced at the family-owned Neisson distillery in Carbet, Martinique, on the North Western Caribbean coast by Master Distiller Grégory Neisson Vernant and his mother Claudine. The family are renowned for their meticulous production processes, which include long fermentation, the cultivation of a wide variety of sugarcane varieties and the use of their beautiful and unique copper French Savalle column still, all in the name of producing the finest Rhum Agricole in Martinique.

The slow fermentation of pure cane juice lasts 72 hours, the longest in all the French Antilles, thus developing a unique aromatic range.

A truly fantastic agricole rhum, with a wonderful silky texture and complex notes of freshly cut grass, cane juice, tropical fruit, and floral aromas.
