Southern France, with its multifarious regions, indigenous grapes, cultures and traditions is home to some of the most exciting, characterful wines in the world at present.
Mont Rocher is a collection of wines produced from indigenous varieties, produced in a style that lets them clearly express their varietal typicity and sense of place.
Vineyards
Fruit sourced from vineyards in the Roussillon located near the southern edge of the St Chinian.
Vinification
The grapes are checked throughout August, in order to choose the right day to harvest. Once harvested, the grapes undergo a skin-contact maceration to extract some colour from the skin. Then, the juice, is collected after a delicate pressing and fermented at a low temperature in stainless steel.
 Tasting Note
This is a dry pale pink rose, similar in style to a provence rose. Soft red berry fruits, strawberry and raspberry flavours are supported by deliciously fresh acidity.
Try with tapenade or a salade Nicoise, a paella or grilled chicken, fish or lamb with herbs.
